I love it when we get a destination wedding referral from a past client and friend…. and that is just what happened with this Chicago wedding! Amy is a dear friend, and has connected me with so many wonderful couples, and when she asked me to go photograph her best friend’s wedding in Chicago, I gladly said yes!
I love a city… New York, Paris, London are some of my favs, and although I had been to Chicago, I really had not ever been there long enough to really explore the city, so I was super excited to go and get lost and see what cool spots we could find. Once we finally got there {long story short… tornados all around, flights delayed. blog post on that coming!}, we hit the city and started scouted. My wife came along since it was our 10th anniversary, and she even ran into some of the boy from Chicago PD! We ate some kick ass pizza, explored the city, and scouted locations for the wedding day!
