One year ago this week we were in one of my favorite places in the world, London. We were preparing for a wedding that was truly like no other. My time with the couple was not an engagement session like you might imagine. It was the best kind. As a destination wedding photographer, you would think I would want to make sure to shoot the landmarks to document the city. And sure, we did that. But my favorite part? It was just me and my camera, the couple, and just capturing moments as they happened, small moments at a time. Some of my favorite images are them at a coffee shop on a cute little side street, or at Harrods with oysters and champagne. You can see that full post and some of my favorite London engagement photos here from our earlier post!
When we were touring around, we got a day to go explore their venue, Hedsor House. It was easy to see why they fell in love with it. I explored the grounds, and knew I wanted to be sure to capture the beauty of the property and its surroundings. Kind of in love. And can’t wait to go back. More on this amazing London wedding to come!
