It is very rare that I live in the same town as my couples that are getting married. Shelby and Josh live in Asheville but are getting married in Boulder, Colorado next year. They are the kind of people you meet and can be instant friends with. We first chatted at a bar over drinks to talk about their wedding and then we ended their engagement session at a bar for drink. #win With all of my engagement sessions, I try to make the locations that we shoot at really fit their personalities and what they love to do.Shelby and Josh love to hike with their dog Cleo, and they love being in the water. Due to the time of year, we couldn’t really get in the water, so we chose a few locations that were outdoors and then we incorporated water into a few of our shots.
Shelby and Josh have such great personalities and they both are so relaxed in front of the camera, I can’t wait to share their Boulder Colorado wedding next year!
